Description:

a)  Uses

It is one of the series product of JQF-6.0 product, to turn the billet to the direction of 900,, in order to remove the waste in the bottom which improves the usage of the waste.

c)  Structure

     The table is composed of frame, turning parts and cart, etc.

1. The frame and turning parts are splicing by steel and steel plate.
2. The power is supplied by the hydraulic station.

d) Work Principles

There are some waste in the cutting bottom of the billet. The tuning table turns the billet 90°, and then the the cutting surface will be turn from horizontal place to vertical place, and then the waste will drop down automatically with the effect of gravity. The turning is driven by hydraulic system and there is buffer performance in the end of the turning cylinder. To ensure the stability of the curing bottom panel and side panel, there is lock system during the turning.
